Whispering Palms Beach Resort, Candolim

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were tired and could use a refresh, but the outdoor space with sun loungers was a nice touch. The location was great with a stunning view, though the proximity to Candolim beach had its drawbacks. The service was top-notch, especially Gaurav in the restaurant, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room I received was basic and not like the pictures, tucked away at the back through a dingy arch. Nevertheless, after raising my concerns, the staff upgraded our room. The service was a mix of stinginess but also friendliness and helpfulness. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of variety, although some new guests may need more guidance. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel offers nice and clean rooms with a spacious and modern design that easily accommodates four people. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and the buffet breakfast is a great addition. However, the location is slightly disappointing as reaching the beach may require a short walk through an area with stray dogs.
